We get these questions a lot
  • Are you a full-service agency?

Great question! We are in fact NOT a full-service, do everything under the sun turnkey marketing agency. Our core service offering is we design, build, optimize, and support custom marketing websites for WordPress and e-commerce websites for Shopify. Our SUPER POWER is user experience design for the web!

  • What’s a typical project timeline?

For traditional strategy to launch website redesign projects, the average timeframe is 3-6 months. For lean and agile UX projects, we can cut this down to 6-8 weeks.

  • Will I have a direct point-of-contact?

For traditional projects, you’ll receive a team including direct points of contact for project management, creative direction and content strategy. For agile UX (what we call continuous improvement) engagements, you’ll have a digital strategist and UX lead as your primary points of contact. Finally, for ongoing support, you’ll have an account manager and a support lead available whenever you need it.

  • Do you have a physical location?

We do, it’s called planet earth! Ok, for real though, we are 100% remote but do have a co-working space downtown Austin. Before the pandemic craziness we met clients for strategy workshops, project kickoffs and more. We love the human connection of being in-person and when possible would love to find times to meet face-to-face when it makes sense.

  • What are your business hours?

While we are fully remote, with teammates all over the world, our business hours are from 9-5pm CST.

  • Cats or dogs?

There are a number of things that make an organization thrive with success. High among that list is the question about cats vs. dogs. Determining either of these can set the tone for the company culture and help in the decision making process. They help leadership select the right team and also determine the kind of clientele you’d like to work with. Do you like the same animals? Do you have the same driving principles? These are important questions to ask before opening any relationship which includes potential clients.
